The mixed-use programming of this new urban development is intended to reinforce and enrich the uses and intrinsic qualities of this part of the city. We have positioned the residential buildings along the perimeter of the site so that they are located at an appropriate distance from the preserved house. In doing so, they help create a large, calm garden at the heart of the block, opening onto Edgard Quinet Street along a 15-meter frontage. This breathing space within the dense fabric of the inner-city neighborhood contributes to the greening and brightness of the public realm.
