Occupying the last available plot in a major redevelopment area in the heart of the Spanish capital, the project developed by Heatherwick Studio reveals a strong environmental commitment. By incorporating materials sourced largely from renewable origins, the project aims to make the most of the natural resources available on site, considerably reducing its carbon footprint compared with a traditional office building. In addition, the project is being developed to be CO₂-neutral.
