The project is conceived as a precise and luminous architectural volume, where the façade becomes both envelope and atmosphere. Its layered glass skin filters daylight, reflections, and views, creating a soft dialogue between interior life and the surrounding landscape. The building’s horizontal structure gives it a calm, rational presence, while the delicate transparency of the perimeter introduces lightness and depth. Rather than imposing itself on the site, the architecture seeks to dissolve its limits, allowing vegetation, sky, and changing weather conditions to become part of the experience of the building.
