This contemporary building presents a layered urban presence, combining a transparent, active ground floor with a series of stacked upper volumes. Its horizontal lines and generous glazed surfaces create a strong dialogue with the surrounding street and landscape, while the stepped composition softens the scale of the project and opens the architecture toward light, views, and public life.
