The museum’s architecture is inspired by the shape of the ammonite fossil, a symbol both scientific and universally recognizable. This organic, spiral form, rooted in archaeological remains and Earth sciences, structures the entire building. The museum’s volume and radial shape not only facilitate interior circulation and pathways but also offer sublime panoramic views of Rabat’s urban landscape.
