The former Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Hospital (Paris, 14th arrondissement) is forging an entirely new identity on Avenue Denfert-Rochereau. Under the banner “La Collective,” the team made up of developers Altarea Cogedim, CDC-Habitat and Histoire & Patrimoine, cultural operator Thanks For Nothing, and the design teams 51N4E, Tham & Videgård, Calq, Atelier Monchecourt & Co and Grue has just been selected to transform the three blocks comprising the “Façade Denfert.”
